This is really good for a point-and-click adventure game!
Can anyone give me a hint or two about making the green undies? I have them soaking in the tub, but after that I don't know what to do. I have everything else.

Yeah, this was a lot of fun to beat.
Guys, if you can't solve one, try using wikipedia or google. If they don't work, a lot of the questions are trick questions, try to click around. For several of them, the answer isn't an actual word, you just need to figure it out with the clues provided.
If I can do it, so can you guys ^^

I like how child-friendly it presents itself as, but then when you die the screen fills up with blood. XD Perhaps allow it so the mouse controls the location of the syringe? That would improve the game.

Just a note, the blood is not meant to signify the Wiggi bleeding out or anything gory. He is inside the body of a patient, so of course there's going to be some blood, and it's meant to signify him being washed out of the body. Perhaps I should have made that clearer though :)

This game would have been a normal DDR clone if the arrows actually matched up with the songs. This was painfully obvious on the Zelda remix, in which all the notes were a second or so too late.

It was really fun, but I have one big issue:
The laser is worse than the default gun! >_<
Also, it's really easy to cheat if you turn autofire on, and then click rapidly. It's almost as fast as the rapidfire powerup.
Also, it got boring after a while... all the enemies were similar, crocodile-type and rat-type... add some sort of variance.
Overall, it was above average.

Thanks for the review, I was unaware of the cheat perhaps I will fix that and other bugs I didn't know about and reupload it. I disagree that the laser is worse I'm fairly certain it does more damage (assuming you aren't using the cheat).
